The Merchant 1 Manufacturing PBTCF161734 Truck Cross Flow Paint Booth is designed for professional finishing operations that require additional working space for large vehicles and equipment. With a 30-foot interior length, 16-foot interior width, and 16-foot interior height, this booth provides room for a variety of commercial coating applications.
Its crossflow configuration uses an exhaust system rated at 25,600 CFM at 1/4" static pressure. The booth features 18-gauge G-90 galvanized steel construction, LED lighting with glass, intake and exhaust filter pads, and a manometer/draft gauge. Additional options allow you to tailor the booth to your facility, electrical configuration, and workflow.

- Unloading: The customer is responsible for offloading the delivery truck. A forklift is required to unload the crate; a forklift with 60" fork length is recommended.
- Construction and installation: The customer is responsible for booth construction and installation, including electrical work. Installation instructions are provided, and our in-house design team is available to answer installation questions.
- Electrical installation: All electrical work for the paint booth and any associated air makeup unit (AMU) must be performed by a licensed electrician familiar with applicable national, state, and local electrical codes.
- Permits and fire suppression: The customer is responsible for determining and obtaining required local permits and arranging fire suppression where required. Our team can provide contacts for fire suppression system installers in your area.
Safety, codes, and installation: Paint booth installations must be evaluated for the intended coating materials, ventilation and airflow requirements, electrical configuration, fire protection, and applicable local codes. OSHA and NFPA 33 requirements may apply depending on the application and installation. Confirm the complete system design and installation with qualified professionals and the local authority having jurisdiction.
