Shipping & Delivery
M1M Equipment offers Free Shipping on all products sold. Our free shipping terms and conditions do vary according to each product and delivery specifics. Free Shipping is available for the lower continental United States with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. With all of our LTL freight shipments the customers are responsible for unloading the freight. There will be additional charges for a lift gate delivery, residential delivery or a rural location address delivery. If the product is delivered to a distribution warehouse or freight terminal near the customer location, no additional charges would apply.
Returns, Replacements & Warranty
All products sold by M1M Equipment are brand new, unless otherwise indicated, and is backed by a manufacturer's warranty. Product warranty for each manufacturer varies. Specific manufacturer warranties may differ by product type (frame machines, ALLVIS Measuring, hand tools, air tools, electric tools, service equipment). Replacement or repair of any product sold by M1M Equipment is provided when the product is determined to be defective under the terms of the stated manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims will not be accepted on any product returned that has been subjected to modification, alteration, neglected, abused, damaged in accident, or used for purposed other than the intended purpose, listed on product literature and website. Product Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. You must request a return authorization from M1M Equipment by calling 1-888-853-9992 or through our website www.m1mequipment.com
All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Returned items must be in “like new” condition, with original packaging. Refunds will be not be issued on any order returned that has been used, modified, or missing any of items included with product delivery. You must request a return authorization from M1M Equipment’s Customer Service department by calling 1-888-853-9992.
Customers are responsible for visually inspecting the equipment upon receipt for any freight damage before signing clear on the shipping receipt. Additionally, 72 hour notification on any missing parts is required to be covered under warranty.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is due at time of purchase, by credit card, check, wire transfer or by Paypal merchant services.
In the event that a www.m1mequipment.com product is listed at an incorrect price, www.m1mequipment.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect listed price. M1M Equipment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, M1M Equipment shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
