With a 16-foot interior width, 16-foot interior height, and 50-foot interior length, this model offers substantial working space for a variety of commercial coating applications.
The booth is constructed from 18-gauge G-90 galvanized steel and features seventeen 2' × 4' LED fixtures with glass. Its 42-inch exhaust fan and 5 HP, three-phase motor are rated at 21,435 CFM at 1/4" static pressure. Intake and exhaust filter pads, a manometer/draft gauge, hardware, and sealants are included.
Every facility has different space, electrical, and workflow requirements. Optional upgrades include alternate motor configurations, exhaust ductwork, control panels, a bright white powder-coated finish, and drive-through doors. Custom booth dimensions and configurations may also be available to meet your project needs.

- Unloading: The customer is responsible for offloading the delivery truck. A forklift is required to unload the crate; a forklift with 60" fork length is recommended.
- Construction and installation: The customer is responsible for booth construction and installation, including electrical work. Installation instructions are provided, and our in-house design team is available to answer installation questions.
- Electrical installation: All electrical work for the paint booth and any associated air makeup unit (AMU) must be performed by a licensed electrician familiar with applicable national, state, and local electrical codes.
- Permits and fire suppression: The customer is responsible for determining and obtaining required local permits and arranging fire suppression where required. Our team can provide contacts for fire suppression system installers in your area.
Safety, codes, and installation: Paint booth installations must be evaluated for the intended coating materials, ventilation and airflow requirements, electrical configuration, fire protection, and applicable local codes. OSHA and NFPA 33 requirements may apply depending on the application and installation. Confirm the complete system design and installation with qualified professionals and the local authority having jurisdiction.
