Customer Responsibilities and Installation
- Delivery Offloading: The customer is responsible for unloading the delivery truck. A forklift is required to unload the crate; a forklift with 60-inch forks is recommended.
- Construction and Installation: Booth assembly and installation, including electrical work, are the customer's responsibility. Installation instructions are provided, and our in-house design team is available to answer installation questions.
- Electrical Work: All electrical installation for the paint booth and any associated air makeup unit must be performed by a licensed electrician familiar with applicable national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
- Permits and Fire Protection: The customer is responsible for determining and obtaining required local permits and arranging fire suppression where required. Merchant 1 Manufacturing can provide contacts for fire suppression system installers in your area.
- Site Preparation: Confirm adequate building height, floor space, access, utilities, and delivery access for the booth's overall dimensions before ordering.
